Job Description Overview: Dental Distinction is seeking a Senior/Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to manage daily clinical operations and support advanced restorative and esthetic cases in a low-volume, fee-for-service practice in Chester Springs, PA.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage daily dental assisting operations, perform chairside assisting, fabricate high-quality provisional restorations, and capture radiographs, photography, and CBCT scans. Serve as Lab Supervisor managing case tracking, digital workflows (scanners, 3D printers, CBCT), and dental appliance fabrication (retainers, occlusal guards, custom trays). Oversee supply inventory, instrument sterilization, equipment maintenance, OSHA standards, and patient records.
Working Environment: A state-of-the-art, relationship-based non-corporate office focusing on quality over quantity and individualized patient care.
full-time $35 - $37 per hour

Shift & ScheduleMonday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Four-day workweek with no nights or weekends.
Requirements License: Current PA state EFDA license required.
Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience: 2+ years of EFDA experience strongly preferred, along with experience in digital dentistry and laboratory/provisional fabrication.
