Centra Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand-new 50 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in offer high-quality compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. Our teams provide evidence-based transformational care for a broad range of injuries and illnesses in a compassionate comfortable environment.
How youll contribute
A Licensed Practical Nurse who excels in this role:
Provide safe compassionate rehabilitation nursing care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice.
Administer medications and treatments accurately.
Assist the RN with assessments and individualized care plans.
Monitor pain patient progress and response to treatment.
Educate patients and families on care needs and treatment plans.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
Promote patient safety quality improvement and accurate documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What were looking for
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
Current state LPN/LVN license.
Current CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
IV certification at hire or within six months.
Six months of acute care medical-surgical experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
